RESERVATION POLICIES

MINIMUM STAYS
Two night minimum stays may be required during our high season, for special events, and holidays.

WEEKENDS
There are always some variables. If one of our rooms is booked for Thursday and Friday, we will have Saturday available for a one-night stay. If a room is reserved for Saturday and Sunday, We can honor Friday one-night stays. At times, we have last minute specials for one-night stays. We never want to turn away business so please give us a call and we'll do all that we can to accommodate your scheduling needs.  Most people find so much to do in the mountains even two days aren't enough!

WEEK DAYS
On weekdays we're always happy to accommodate one-night stays!

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is anytime after 3 P.M.
If you will be arriving after 7 P.M. special arrangements will need to be made for your arrival.
Our check-out time is 11 A.M.

ROOM RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

A 50% deposit of your total stay is required at the time of booking.  For one night reservations, we require full payment at the time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and traveler's checks.

Rates are per night based on double occupancy. Due to furnishings and the size of our guest rooms, additional guests are not permitted.

All rates are subject to Georgia Sales Tax of 7% and Rabun County Hospitality Tax of 5%.

All rooms include a complimentary full gourmet breakfast between the hours of 8 A.M. and 9:30 A.M. served in our dining room.

Please let us know of any special dietary needs or restrictions when making reservations and we will do all that we can to accommodate your needs.

We keep a complimentary refreshment center on the second floor stocked with ice, mountain spring water, sodas, locally roasted fresh gourmet coffee, snacks, and house made cookies from our chef's kitchen for your enjoyment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We are a small boutique hotel and do not overbook our rooms. Rooms are guaranteed upon booking, therefore we strictly enforce our cancellation policies. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit less a $25 processing fee will be refunded. If we are not notified at least 14 days in advance of your cancellation, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

No refunds or credit is given for early departures. A shortened stay will be charged at the full rate of reserved booking.

CHILDREN

We are happy to accommodate children over 10. However, due to the size of our guestrooms, we are unable to offer in-room cots or roll-a-way beds.

PETS

While we are pet lovers, we cannot accept pets at the hotel.

SMOKING

We’re a non-smoking facility.  No smoking is permitted in the hotel, restaurant, or on the decks or balconies.  Smoking is permitted on the grounds outside of the hotel. Our gardens and landscaping are kept refreshed with highly flammable pine straw. Please help us protect our beautiful setting by using designated cigarette disposal containers in the front of the hotel.

STORAGE

Secure, covered storage is available for bicycles on the premises. During week days, guests with boats may park their boat trailers in our parking area depending on guest occupancy and on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, we assist with arranging for boat storage off premises.
