RESERVATION POLICY
Reservation policy:  All spa services are by reservation only and must be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance.   A credit card number is required for all reservations. If there is a necessity to cancel an appointment, we must receive notice 12 hours prior to your scheduled service.  Guests who cancel without 12 hours notice or fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full treatment price. 

All appointments are firmly scheduled, if a client arrives late they will be charged for the time they missed and the session will end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience other clients who follow.
