JAMES BEARD BEST CHEF SOUTHEAST, Louis Osteen was born in Anderson, S.C. a true native son of the South with a rich history and knowledge of southern cuisine. His recipes have been featured in Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Wine Spectator, Southern Living, GQ, Esquire, Saveur, Food & Wine, USA, New York Times, Town & Country. Osteen has appeared and been featured on CBS This Morning, TV Food Network’s Cooking Live with Sara Moulton, Food 911 with Tyler Florence, CNN, and the Discovery Channel’s Great Chefs of America.

We specialize in good times with heaps of southern hospitality. Our restaurant philosophy is simple. We offer the best of the South using locally grown, organic produce whenever possible.
