JAMIE ALLRED
Chef, Jamie Allred, is a southern chef originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He’s a 2000 graduate from the nationally recognized culinary program at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. He has worked at a number of acclaimed star and diamond rated restaurants including the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida, Eseeola Lodge in Linville, North Carolina, Zebra Restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was the Executive Chef at Hartsville Country Club in Hartsville, South Carolina. Most recently he has been the Executive Chef at Ophelia’s World Café in Asheville, North Carolina for the last 4 years where he created a “farm to table” program featuring the finest in local produce and ingredients. Combining these with food styles from around the world his food is healthy, exciting, and always uniquely satisfying.
